Managing customer information: Maintaining a customer database with names, phone numbers, and addresses, and entering and updating customer information

Handling customer queries: Answering questions about products or the company, and liaising with other departments to address customer complaints

Following up: Following up on calls as needed, and keeping records of calls and sales
