We are seeking a talented and versatile Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal

candidate should have a strong background in B2C sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads.

 The Senior Business Development Associate needs to wear a blazer, be well-dressed and look very

professional as per our dress code policy during the video calling session.

 Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits during

video calls.

 Close sales and achieve weekly-monthly quotas.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through video interactions, addressing their queries

and concerns. We believe in hiring partners rather than just employees.

 Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

 Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful recommendations

to clients during video calls.

 Continuously enhance video sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives

and training sessions.

 Looking for individuals who possess a mindset of perseverance and are willing to take on challenges

with a strong sense of determination and motivation.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2C Sales

CTC: Open for Right Candidate
