Key Responsibilities:

• Voter Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to voters, party members, and potential supporters to promote political campaigns, share key messages, and encourage voter participation.

• Political Branding Support: Sell political branding packages and services to political candidates, helping them craft strong public identities and improve their outreach efforts.

• Lead Generation: Identify and target key demographics for political campaigns, qualifying leads and setting up appointments for political consultants or senior sales representatives.

• Campaign Promotion: Effectively communicate the candidate’s key policy positions, achievements, and vision to a diverse audience over the phone.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls made, voter interactions, and outcomes in CRM software.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual tele sales targets, driving engagement, donations, and volunteer sign-ups for political campaigns.

• Collaboration: Work closely with campaign managers, digital marketing teams, and political consultants to align messaging and strategies.
