Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of the Tele Sales Executive is to reach out to potential customers over the phone, pitch products or services, and convert leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close deals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outbound Calls:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.

Make a high volume of outbound calls to targeted leads and convert cold leads into warm leads.

Sales Pitching:

Deliver scripted sales presentations that highlight the benefits of the company's products or services.

Explain the product features, answer any questions, and handle objections to close the sale.

Follow-ups & Relationship Management:

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to maintain relationships and upsell additional products or services.

Build and maintain a database of potential clients.

Customer Query Handling:

Address customer concerns, queries, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales manager.

Identify and propose new sales opportunities and improvements to maximize sales conversion.

Sales Documentation & CRM Management:

Record all sales interactions and update customer information in the CRM software.

Maintain detailed and accurate call logs, sales progress, and customer feedback.
