1) Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce them to CredR's wide range of pre-owned bikes and services.
2) Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest bike models, features, and specifications to effectively educate customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
3) Sales Pitch: Provide persuasive sales pitches and tailor offerings to match the customer's requirements, ensuring a seamless buying experience. Appointment Setting: Schedule showroom visits for interested customers, facilitating test rides and consultations with our bike experts.
4) Lead Conversion: Track and follow up on leads to convert them into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
5) Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer support by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele sales
2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
