1) customer engagement: reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce them to credr's wide range of pre-owned bikes and services.

2) product knowledge: stay updated with the latest bike models, features, and specifications to effectively educate customers and assist them in making informed decisions.

3) sales pitch: provide persuasive sales pitches and tailor offerings to match the customer's requirements, ensuring a seamless buying experience. appointment setting: schedule showroom visits for interested customers, facilitating test rides and consultations with our bike experts.

4) lead conversion: track and follow up on leads to convert them into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

5) customer support: offer exceptional customer support by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

requirements:

1) minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales

2) excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3) goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
