As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calls to British clients, promoting and selling home appliance warranty plans. Your goal is to educate customers, highlight the benefits of coverage, and close sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain the benefits of home appliance warranty plans in a clear and persuasive manner.
Overcome objections and tailor solutions to suit customer needs.
Close sales efficiently, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM software.
Follow compliance regulations and ensure all sales are ethical and transparent.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in outbound sales (preferably in home appliances, warranties, or insurance). (Female Agents Only)
Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly approach.
Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
Ability to handle objections confidently and build rapport quickly.
Basic computer skills for CRM and sales tracking.
