Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads professionally and engagingly.

Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and accurately document relevant

information.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive follow-up

and nurturing.

Achieve and exceed performance targets for call volume, lead qualification,

and sales closure.

Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through

ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to

engage people over the phone.

6 months to 2 Years experience.

Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and overcome

objections.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

Prior experience in the Banking industry is a plus.
