Job Description

Growth System - ERP is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our ERP solutions, and assisting in converting leads into opportunities. Roles and Responsibilities

Client Outreach

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Growth System's ERP software.

Educate clients on the features, benefits, and potential of ERP solutions.

Lead Management

Identify and qualify leads through structured communication.

Follow up on warm leads to maintain engagement and build trust.

Relationship Building

Act as a primary contact for potential clients, providing excellent customer service.

Schedule product demonstrations or arrange meetings with the sales team.

Market Insights

Gather and share customer feedback with the team to enhance service and product offerings.

Understand customer requirements and tailor the conversation to align with their needs.

Record Maintenance

Update and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.

Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of sales progress.

Who Can Apply

Education: Any graduate or above.

Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Persuasive and good at building rapport over calls.

Basic understanding of software or IT solutions is a plus (training will be provided).

Good organizational and time management skills.
