Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to promote We Hear Hearing Aid products.
2. Understand customer needs and explain product features.
3. Qualify leads, set appointments, and meet weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
4. Maintain accurate records in the company's database.
5. To Implement Marketing Plans & Strategy as Instructed.
6. To Create Offline promotions in Events, Society, Residential Complexes, Office
Complexes, etc.
7. To create Direct Sales Opportunities to End-Users.
8. Report daily work activities through set format.
9. To Give Support to Business Development Executives.
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in at least 2 of the 3 languages - Bengali, Hindi and English.
4. Goal-oriented and results-driven.
5. Basic computer proficiency in Excel.
Salary & Incentives:
• Monthly Salary: Rs. 8000/- to Rs. /-
• Field Allowance: /- per Day for any Field Work, . promotions in Events,
Society, Residential Complexes, Office Complexes, etc.
