Role Designation: Telecaller
Department: Advisory - Commodity
Function: Telesales
Reporting to: TL Telesales
Location: Malad west & Prabhadevi in Mumbai
Job Purpose:
Responsible for Business development through acquisition and retention of clients Broking & Distribution.
Key Deliverables
This will be B2C sales
Managing end to end process of customer support
Efficiently maintaining customer relationship and customer
management.
Providing meaningful business insights as and when required
Responsible for timely resolution of queries & Escalations
Work on adhoc activities/ Projects assigned by reporting manager
Role Requirements
Prior Experience 6 months plus yr of experience in tele calling industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
Candidates from BFSI Industry will be preferred.

Any graduate
