We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to join our outbound tele-sales team for a leading credit card company. As an Outbound TeleSale Executive, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers via phone calls, promote credit card offers, and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to offer credit card products.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers to prospects.
Identify customer needs and match them with suitable credit card solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Follow up on leads and handle objections to close sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during calls.
Skills and Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Prior tele-sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with a positive attitude and good communication skills are welcome.
