Position Overview
As a Telesales Executive Game Theory you will be responsible for driving coaching
sales and promoting our services to potential customers. The ideal candidate is
curious, and empathetic and will have excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities
1. Sales
Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their fitness goals
and preferences.
Present and promote swimming and badminton memberships, emphasizing the
unique features and benefits of our facilities and programs.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation,
prospecting, and closing strategies.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns,
and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Conduct follow-ups to encourage membership renewals and upsell additional
services.
3. Sales Strategies
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the target
market.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance sales efforts.
4. Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline
progress.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to
the management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sports or fitness industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Passion for sports and a good understanding of swimming and badminton is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
