We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team immediately. If you have a knack for closing sales deals over the phone and building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of Experience in Telesales

Job Description:-

Candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships

Candidate must be able to handle outbound & inbound sales calls

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales.

Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

The candidate should be a graduate from any field.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Should be Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Flexible to work on weekends

Candidates from any industry having telesales experience will be considered.

Immediate Joiners will be preferred

Required Skills:

Good Convincing skills

Must possess sales background

Enthusiastic and willing to work with start-ups

Should not be a Job hopper

Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

Effective communication skills verbal and written.

Clear diction and clarity in speech.
