Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Tele Sales Executive will be to conduct lead counseling through phone calls about our Garbhsanskar courses and convince potential clients to purchase our course plans. The role requires effective communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong focus on closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads to counsel them on the benefits of Garbhsanskar.
Explain various Garbhsanskar courses and plans in detail to potential clients.
Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide relevant information to guide purchase decisions.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with leads to encourage conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
Close sales deals by obtaining commitments from customers and completing necessary paperwork or payment procedures.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on potential leads generated through campaigns.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and lead conversion processes.
