Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Dreamchild Garbhsanskar. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, providing counseling on our prenatal education services, and driving sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote Dreamchild Garbhsanskar services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective counseling and follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
High customer service orientation.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Positive attitude and resilience in handling client objections.
