Job Description

Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and close sales.

Inbound Sales Support: Answer calls from prospective customers, providing information and converting inquiries into sales.

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling or following up on marketing campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and upselling where appropriate.

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products or services being sold to answer questions and highlight features/benefits.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales quotas or performance goals.
