Job Description: Telesales Executive

Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Languages Required: Hindi, English

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products or services.

Answer incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads from call responses.

Maintain a database of customer information for follow-ups.

Sales Support:

Promote company offerings to increase product or service adoption.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant department when required.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer feedback.

Prepare daily and weekly reports for review.

Key Skills and Competencies

Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and an engaging phone presence.

Persuasion: Ability to influence and convince customers effectively.

Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to address customer concerns efficiently.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
