Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-ups to close sales.
Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
