Job Summary:
As a Tele Caller cum Sales Agent, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products and services, and driving sales conversions. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to new and existing customers to introduce and promote our services.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations to generate interest in our offerings.
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and/or Gujarati.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
