• To make outbound calls to customers of BFSI Partners and promote their Banking and Insurance products to generate revenue for the partners
Qualifications: Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience: 0- 6 month
Skills:
• Good communication skills that are adequate up to a level of Versant 3 or similar benchmarking from an English speaking perspective. Good regional language skills where ever applicable
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good Phone etiquette with listening skills & Attention to details.
• Good with people skills and ability to strike a rapport
• Good typing speed and system navigation skills
• Sales and Target oriented, Ambitious & Competitive.
Role & Responsibility
• Make outbound calls through dialler to customers of partners and promote various BFSI products
• Generate customer interest in the services & products offered by business
• Excellent ability to strike rapport with the customer, understand their need, and promote a suitable partner product to close the sales.
• Provide personalised customer experience by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Handle calls with highest quality standard.
Manage Escalations.
• Coordination with cross functional team.
• Should be target oriented to ensure that monthly sales targets
