Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the companys products or services.

Understand customer needs and provide relevant information and solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales progress.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Follow up with leads to close sales and build long-term relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall business objectives.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:
