Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
using provided leads or database
Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
Present and explain products/services to potential clients
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to close sales
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience in digital marketing is a plus
