Requirements:

• • Candidates must have strong communication skills in English

• • Freshers are also eligible with good English Communication skills

• • Graduation or HSC with relevant experience

• • Must have excellent coordination skills, reading and writing skills

• • Should have great convincing skills

• • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Key Responsibilities

• Inform to customers about companies' product

• Manage inbound and outbound call in a timely manner

• Call on data and generate leads that develops a new customer

• Take order from the customer and send to backhand team

• Identify customer’s needs and convenience the customer to buy the products

• Gain knowledge about the product and clarify information whatever required

• Maintain good relationship with customers
