Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

Sales Targets:

Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.

Product Knowledge:

Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys products/services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Proven experience of at least 1 year in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
