We are seeking a skilled and passionate Live Streaming Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing live streaming projects from start to finish. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain live streaming equipment and software.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Plan and execute live streaming broadcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and video.

Manage streaming platforms and ensure compliance with technical specifications and best practices.

Monitor live streams for quality control and make adjustments as necessary.

Collaborate with producers, directors, and content creators to enhance the live streaming experience.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in live streaming technology.

Requirements:

Proven experience in live streaming production, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting

Strong technical understanding of video codecs, streaming protocols, and encoding methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by live event schedules.

Bachelors degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, or a related field (preferred).
