Job Overview:

The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met, satisfaction is maintained, and long-term business partnerships are established. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. The Client Relationship Executive will act as a liaison between clients and internal product, ensuring a seamless digital journey and closure.

Client Communication & Management:

Client Retention & Satisfaction:

Sales & Upselling:

o Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that may benefit the client.

o Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts, while also maintaining existing client relationships.

Reporting & Documentation:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, feedback, and transactions using CRM tools or databases.

o Prepare and present regular client reports and updates to management, highlighting key account developments, feedback, and potential issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: 12th pass and above

Experience: Open for freshers and experience only Female staff required

Salary : 14,000 18,000/- + Incentives

Timing : Monday Saturday : am- pm
