We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Telesales professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Salary - 20,000 to 30,000 Per Month

Responsibilities

Generate new leads through outbound calls and emails

Conduct market research to identify potential clients

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients

Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions

Meet and exceed sales targets

Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software

Skills and Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in B2B telesales or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Knowledge of sales processes and techniques

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
