We are looking for the counselors having knowledge and expertise in the educational domain. He/she should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Profile:

> The job role includes speaking to the professionals/candidates primarily over the phone, answering their queries related to program and convincing them to enroll for the program.

> Correspondence with the candidates by e-mail or over the call.

> Handling inbound and outbound calls related to admission and counseling.

> Making outbound calls to prospective candidates from the point of inquiry to the admission and documentation process for the same.

> Keeping a regular follow-up with the interested candidates, sharing all the relevant information whenever required, assuring timely closure.

> Preparing necessary reports and sharing the same with the management on a daily basis.

> Enquiry handling, admission procedures, marketing and brand building,

> Giving projections on admission for every month

> Preparing and maintaining all the data over (Lead, Contact, new opportunity, Editing records prior) in-house CRM, Google Sheets.
