Position: Tele Sales Associate

Location: Remote

Compensation: - - LPA fixed salary + amazing commission plan

Responsibilities:

Conduct 40-50 sales calls per day.

Adhere to a 3-hour calling rule to maximise productivity.

Utilize call analytics for data-driven improvements in sales strategies.

Work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

Handle objections with confidence and provide compelling responses.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in MS Worksheet and Google Sheet.

Requirements:

2 - 3 years of experience in sales.

Proficiency in using MS Worksheet and Google Sheet.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hindi

Good understanding of English

Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Tools Required: Laptop, MS Worksheet, ability to work on Google Sheet
