Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists.
Present and explain company products/services to potential clients.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales over the phone.
Answer customer queries and address their concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Experience: Prior telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confidence in speaking to diverse customers over the phone.
Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
Goal-oriented with excellent time management.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi, etc.,
