We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecalling and Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential clients over the phone, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

Introduce our products/services to prospects and articulate their benefits effectively.

Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.

Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their inquiries or concerns.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
