We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate broking company. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to contact potential customers over the phone and persuade them to buy or rent properties that our company is offering. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
• Contact potential customers over the phone and explain the features and benefits of the properties available for sale or rent.
• Provide detailed information about the properties, such as location, price, size, and amenities, and address customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients, track sales activities, and update customer records in the company's CRM software.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of transactions.
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in real estate sales and marketing.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Tele Sales Executive or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices, procedures, and laws would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or tele sales is preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.
