A Tele Marketing Executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service. To be able to provide the best tele calling experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using data base.
Collect the data base from Internet and maintain separate excel sheet for daily leads.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. ( EB bill number or EB amount paying details )
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Give Solutions to the customer why the product needed.
Convert the calls to Appointment calls for Field Marketing.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
Regular follow-ups to the customer is much needed.
