A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service. To be able to provide the best tele calling experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using data base.
• Collect the data base from Internet and maintain separate excel sheet for daily leads.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. ( EB bill number or EB amount paying details )
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Give Solutions to the customer why the product needed.
• Convert the calls to Appointment calls for Field Marketing.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
• Regular follow-ups to the customer is much needed.
