About Job:
Age: Final Year student or anyone of 18yrs old
Timing: 9am to 6pm ( Mon- Fri) with Saturday & Sunday off
Compensation and Benefits:
12 PL and 3SL - all paid. Will become eligible for bonus based on performance from 2nd month onwards.
Job Responsibility of Customer Success Trainee
1) Prospecting jobseekers & job providers (companies) over cold calls via phone or chats visits.
2) Rapport building, objection handling, and relationship management of Clients
3) Lead generation & revenue generation
4) Apply sales techniques learnt during the training
5) Maintain daily log record and leads conversion record
6) Reporting to the officer in charge
