Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic tele callers for our outbound process. If you have passed your 12th or are currently pursuing it, and you are eager to kick-start your career in the fast-paced world of customer interaction, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce the company's products/services, and explain benefits.

Follow up on leads and close sales or generate appointments for the sales team.

Maintain an updated database of customer information.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead.

Skills & Qualifications:

12th passed or pursuing.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

Confident, with the ability to persuade and convince potential customers.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Good team player.
