Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively answer questions and overcome objections.
Customer Engagement: Develop relationships with prospects to encourage future sales and foster customer loyalty.
Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales closure.
