Job Description:

Palies IT Services is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic female individuals, including freshers, for the position of Tele Caller / Tele Calling Executive to join our growing team in Coimbatore, Sivananda Colony. The ideal candidate should be a 10th pass with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products/services.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.

Provide information about our products/services and answer any questions or concerns.

Record customer details and interactions in the database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and customer engagement.

Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Stay informed about company products, services, and promotional offers.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate issues as needed.

Meet quality assurance standards and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10th pass.

Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but freshers are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
