NCCPL is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our team and drive franchise recruitment for our new vertical, Swift Delivery.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential franchisees across India.
Conduct outbound calls to generate interest in our franchise opportunities.
Present the Swift Delivery franchise concept and its benefits to potential investors.
Address inquiries and concerns from prospective franchisees.
Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards sales targets.
Collaborate with the franchise development team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software (., Salesforce) is a plus
