We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic telecalling executive to join our digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients, introducing our digital marketing services, and persuading them to avail our services. You will also be required to generate leads, follow up them, answer queries, and provide excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a flair for sales, and a passion for digital marketing. You should also have a good knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices, and be able to use various tools and platforms to conduct research and track performance. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and meet or exceed your sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make inbound & outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our digital marketing services and generate leads.
Explain the benefits and features of our digital marketing services and persuade clients to avail our services.
Provide information and answer queries about our digital marketing services, pricing, and packages.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain records of calls, outcomes, and feedback in a CRM system.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing industry.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide feedback and suggestions to improve our digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, sales executive, or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
