Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Noida, Sector-62 (Near Electronicity Metro Station)

Employment Type: Full-time

1) Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through calls to provide information about our services.

2) Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

3) Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients.

4) Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advance computer knowledge.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English & Hindi languages.

Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
