Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Rajarhat. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day customer service, communication, sales and customer support tasks. The Specialist will also be responsible for training customers on various digital marketing services.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven track record in sales and customer support

Experience in training customers on various digital marketing services

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

Experience in utilizing CRM or sales management software

Availability to work flexible hours or overtime

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
