Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, promoting products/services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.

Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Address customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school,diploma or equivalent (Degree in any field is a plus).

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal skills in [mention language(s) required].

Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
