Key Responsibility Area
1. Database Management
o Call existing landowners, office owners, and developers from the agency's database to source property information.
o Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property details in the database.
o Regularly verify and cross-check information to ensure its validity and reliability.
2. Proposal Preparation and Communication
o Match client requirements with available properties in the database.
o Prepare and share property proposals via email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
o Follow up with clients regularly to address queries, provide updates, and nurture leads.
3. Coordination with the Team
o Communicate client requirements and feedback to the sales or management team for further action.
o Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and effective client servicing
4. Reporting and Documentation
o Maintain call logs and detailed records of all interactions with property owners and leads.
o Provide daily or weekly reports on calls made, leads handled, and outcomes achieved.
5. Customer Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and potential clients for repeat business.
o Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
