Responsibilities:
• Needs Assessment: Engage in conversations to understand the customer's needs, pain points, and challenges. Tailor the sales pitch to match their specific requirements.
• Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services to potential customers.
• Handling Objections: Address customer objections, concerns, and hesitations with confidence and accurate information. Provide solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for interested prospects with our sales representatives.
• Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Follow-Up: Implement a strategic follow-up process to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Maintain regular contact to keep prospects engaged.
• Qualification: Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, decision-making authority, and alignment with our offerings.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further conversion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and challenges with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (Optional)
