We are a dynamic and growing educational institution seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Telecounselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, answering questions, and guiding them through the admissions process.

Job Summary:

The Admissions Telecounselor will play a critical role in recruiting and enrolling new students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact prospective students: Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and text to answer questions, provide information, and guide them through the admissions process.

2. Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for prospective students.

3. Meet enrollment goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

4. Stay up-to-date on program information: Maintain knowledge of academic programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies.

5. Document interactions: Accurately record interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.

6. Collaborate with admissions team: Work closely with admissions staff to ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process.

7. Participate in training and development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Admissions experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field.

3. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
