Tele Counselor - Full Time - Freshers

Job Description

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and generate potential leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.

Client Interaction:

Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.

Provide detailed information about the firm’s products and services.

Sales Conversion:

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients to drive sales.

Close sales deals by addressing client queries, overcoming objections, and negotiating terms.

Consultative Selling:

Offer tailored IT solutions based on the client’s business goals and challenges.

Act as a trusted advisor to help clients make informed decisions.

Follow-up and Relationship Management:

Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Data Management:

Update and manage client information accurately in the system.

Track sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies and improve sales outcomes.

Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Analyze sales data to understand trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest trends in IT products, services, and market developments.
