Explain the admission process, school facilities, and programs across various schools in India.

Follow up with parents to ensure school visits and further engagement.

Maintain a database of inquiries and provide regular updates.

Work towards achieving admission targets and enhancing parent satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service (preferably in education).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain detailed records.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets.
