Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller Counselor at IndusTreeBiz. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and explaining the services offered by our agency. You will gather information, answer questions, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain a detailed record of all communication.
