Job Title: Tele Counsellor
Job Description:
Provide telephonic counseling services to individuals seeking support and guidance.
Offer emotional support, advice, and resources to help clients address their concerns and overcome challenges.
Conduct assessments to understand the client's needs and develop personalized counseling plans.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in counseling practices.
Collaborate with other professionals or agencies as needed to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Certification or licensure in counseling preferred.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Empathy and compassion towards clients' struggles.
Ability to work effectively in a remote or telecommuting environment.
Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technologies.
Experience:
Previous experience in counseling or related field preferred.
Experience with telecounseling or teletherapy techniques is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
Understanding of mental health issues and therapeutic interventions.
Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship problems.
