Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information about the services.
Handle inbound queries effectively and provide solutions to customer concerns.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identify potential clients and explain the benefits of the company's matrimonial services.
Convert leads into registered customers by persuading them to join premium membership plans.
Customer Support:
Assist registered users in creating, updating, and managing their profiles.
Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes in the system.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer feedback and performance metrics.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Share customer insights and suggestions for service improvements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Target-oriented approach and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); a degree in any field is preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is required.
Experience in the matrimony sector is a plus.
